    BAD BAD BAD! SCAMMERS I sent my excess fee of £75 for my $30 bill and my paperwork in November and now they are claiming they’ve didn’t receive my bill and the hospital sent them a further invoice. So what started out as a $30 bill could be a hell of a lot more. In the middle of a dispute so wish me luck!

    An exceptionally poor service. The company has defined the scope of what it will cover in the small print so narrowly that in no normal circumstance where you suffer loss will you be able to claim anything whatsoever. A total waste of money getting cover. Avoid at all costs.
